This is not a good excuse, but I'm in the middle of having a SAD. I was supposed to have it Melting Away chapter 5 out before today, but my brain is currently rejecting creativity and is undergoing hibernation.
If you didn't notice already, the fic takes place on the date the chapter is uploaded. This means the characters will be celebrating Christmas in a pub.
